About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shaping the future of leadership and organizational development within a global team
- Taking responsibility for project-based tasks with a high degree of independence
- Involvement in global projects, e.g., product launches, marketing, and business modeling
- Contributing to the development and management of products and materials for trainings and workshops
- Analyzing and supporting the implementation of relevant projects, including marketing and communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- German language skills at C1/C2 level (written and spoken)
- Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s, or ideally a master’s, degree program in Occupational/Work Psychology, Economics, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field of study
- Strong interest in working in a global team focused on product management of services in leadership development, leadership assessment, and/or talent management
- High level of motivation and commitment
- Independent and structured working style with a readiness to take responsibility
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in research and conceptual work is an advantage
