Requirements

What you’ll need

German language skills at C1/C2 level (written and spoken)
Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
Enrolled in a bachelor’s, or ideally a master’s, degree program in Occupational/Work Psychology, Economics, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field of study
Strong interest in working in a global team focused on product management of services in leadership development, leadership assessment, and/or talent management
High level of motivation and commitment
Independent and structured working style with a readiness to take responsibility
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in research and conceptual work is an advantage
