Requirements

What you’ll need
  • German language skills at C1/C2 level (written and spoken)
  • Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s, or ideally a master’s, degree program in Occupational/Work Psychology, Economics, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field of study
  • Strong interest in working in a global team focused on product management of services in leadership development, leadership assessment, and/or talent management
  • High level of motivation and commitment
  • Independent and structured working style with a readiness to take responsibility
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in research and conceptual work is an advantage
