About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage vendors and coordinate with them on hardware inventory and installations
- Develop and adhere to data center best practices
- Provide technical assistance during internal and customer calls
- Develop hardware installation plans in the data center
- Escalate incidents to upper management
- Participate in new business opportunities
- Investigate and implement new hardware technologies
- Manage hardware inventory and coordinate vendor activities

- Provide 24/7/365 hardware support
- Plan and execute hardware installations and changes in the data center

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in IT and 2 years of experience preferred
- CCNA and/or A+ certifications desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
