About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support execution of a transformation program designed to drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams
  • Act as the connective bridge between workstreams and stakeholders
  • Liaise with the APAC executive leadership team on operational decisions
  • Assist multiple Genesis workstreams and ensure milestones are achieved
  • Report KPIs consistently
  • Participate in strategic and annual business planning
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Analyze project metrics to identify risks early
  • Turn raw project data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making
  • Maintain rigorous project documentation and alignment with transformation objectives
  • Conduct research and data analysis
  • Create reports and develop proposals as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited program, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or commercial transformation
  • Preferably experience within a Big 4 or equivalent environment
  • Experience in a transformation/project management office or high-growth scale-up environment where processes were built from scratch
  • Strong business acumen
  • Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and structure data effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
