About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the "Design Authority" for the core infrastructure of the communications system
Interface with an industrial partner co-responsible for the infrastructure
Attend meetings with the client and assess requests for platform changes/evolutions
Design technical architectures, including networks, storage, and virtualization
Oversee technical aspects during the implementation and integration phases
Interface with the leads of the communications terminals development team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
15+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications sector
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work in a team
Desirable: knowledge of software integration
