About the role

  • As SAP Program Director Finance, you play a central role in the success of Atos's SAP Finance programs.
  • You act both as a program leader, business and solution subject-matter expert, and as a pillar in structuring Finance teams.
  • You secure delivery trajectories, support teams in building their skills, and actively contribute to designing solutions that address clients' real challenges.
  • Manage and lead teams of SAP Finance consultants.
  • Support teams in their functional and methodological upskilling.
  • Actively contribute to SAP Finance pre-sales.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree from a business school, an engineering school, or a Master's (M2), with at least 10 years of experience.
  • You have significant experience in managing SAP Finance programs or projects.
  • You have strong expertise in SAP Finance modules (FI/CO and the associated ecosystem).
  • Solid experience in an IT services company (ESN) or consulting firm.
  • Ability to lead teams, transfer knowledge, and structure practices.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Team player: ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Ability to switch between French and English in real time and professionally during workshops, meetings, and when drafting technical documents and meeting minutes.
