About the role

  • Define and plan the validation strategy: Develop robust validation plans aligned with quality objectives;
  • Manage the validation team: Lead, motivate and develop your team's skills to ensure optimal performance;
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Present validation results to various internal and external stakeholders;
  • Promote continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize validation processes.

Requirements

  • Degree from an engineering school or equivalent scientific university program;
  • Proven experience in team management within the software domain, with a solid understanding of validation and testing processes;
  • Strong technical skills and sufficient expertise to communicate effectively with the validation experts on your team;
  • Personal skills: Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • You are rigorous and customer-focused, able to take a step back with critical thinking and put yourself in the customer's shoes to anticipate needs and ensure solution quality;
  • Team spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with teams;
  • You can work closely with developers while maintaining your autonomy;
  • Ability to switch between French and English in real time and professionally for facilitating workshops, meetings, and drafting technical documents and meeting minutes.
