About the role

  • Consolidate, validate, and analyze finance reports (Actuals, Forecasts, Projections) to provide accurate, actionable insights on costs, drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Present monthly commercial results and explanations clearly to the Head of GSSC, HR SPOCs, and other stakeholders.
  • Support accurate cost allocation and financial charging processes, maintain reporting documentation, and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Serve as the commercial point of contact for Finance, HR, and GSSC, ensuring timely input and supporting senior leaders with ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

  • Background in Finance, Controlling, Commercial Management, or Business Analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data cleaning, merging datasets)
  • Strong written and spoken skills in English
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, particularly in cost breakdown and charge mechanisms
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate financials into clear messages for non-finance audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet recurring monthly deadlines
