About the role

  • Subject-matter responsibility for specialized sales opportunities: develop and implement sales strategies for a specialized solutions portfolio (e.g., SAP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Applications).
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities with key clients and new prospects (target focus: €30 million).
  • Ensure a strong market presence and competitive positioning for the company.
  • Customer planning and innovation: support strategic account planning and continuously gather customer insights to drive innovation and growth.
  • Ensure that solutions meet customers’ current and future business requirements.
  • Business KPIs: order intake and revenue within your area of responsibility; qualified pipeline and win rate; share of cross- and upselling in the portfolio; customer participation in events and innovation workshops; quality of account and business planning (ABP).

Requirements

  • Degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of relevant sales experience in complex, consultative IT/technology solutions
  • Proven track record in building and expanding customer relationships and closing large-scale projects
  • Deep market and industry knowledge and a strong network in the target market
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at management and decision-maker levels
  • High degree of initiative, goal orientation, and closing ability
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
