About the role

  • Participate in exciting projects in the Public Sector & Defence sectors
  • Define and align the portfolio for the assigned market segment with the consulting services offering
  • Conduct analyses of business process requirements with responsibility for results
  • Identify and position client needs and objectives at management level
  • Develop solution approaches for process optimization or application consolidation
  • Take responsibility for technical presentations to management groups or committees within the client environment
  • Initiate preparation of the relevant sections for proposals and lead the proposal presentation

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, or officer training followed by relevant professional experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as a consultant in processes/IT security or as a specialist in the Defence/Intelligence environment
  • Certification as a Project Manager (PMI or PRINCE2) is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident demeanor in client-facing situations
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
