About the role
- As part of a 10-person agile team, you will serve as a Business Analyst for the analysis and development of new software solutions
- Assess requirements
- Requirements elicitation / writing specifications
- Build, maintain and share functional knowledge of our processes, services and how end users use the products
- Analyze business requirements submitted by product management
- Consolidate and translate business needs into concepts for new products or updates
- You are responsible for sizing and specifying validation tasks
- Support stakeholders in conducting sufficient analysis to ensure requirements are ready to be worked on
Requirements
- Master's degree (bac+5) or engineering degree
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Functional Analyst and knowledge of technical environments
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to be proactive, propose solutions and communicate with all stakeholders
