About the role

  • Analyze business processes, data, and IT systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, defining requirements, creating reports, and proposing solutions
  • Drive the end‑to‑end analysis process from business process analysis (AS-IS)
  • Understand business needs and shape TO‑BE processes
  • Collaborate closely with architects and developers on designing technically sound solutions
  • Ensure solutions are successfully implemented

Requirements

  • Diploma in business, economics, IT, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work closely with technical teams
  • Proficiency in process modelling (BPMN, EPC) and requirements documentation
  • Ability to translate business needs into technically sound, scalable, and implementable specifications
  • Ability to maintain a broad, end‑to‑end perspective on the business and technical landscape when defining solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills with teams responsible for other systems in the ecosystem to ensure seamless end‑to‑end integration of solutions
  • Solid technical skills SQL querying, strong Excel, familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flow
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to manage complex requirements independently and provide clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Croatian are mandatory.
