About the role

  • Provide level 3 technical support to users of public institutions
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams
  • Document solutions provided and update procedures
  • Maintain exemplary communication, both verbal and written
  • Join the project's SOC and participate in its implementation
  • Take ownership of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to manage incidents and alerts
  • Monitor security events identified by gateways
  • Participate in the implementation of annual penetration tests

  • Strong command of IT and office environments
  • Windows Server 2022 / 2025 environments (Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, WDS, Print Server)
  • Linux (CentOS/Debian/Ubuntu; monitoring solutions such as Centreon/Nagios; Fog deployment; OCS inventory...)
  • Ticketing tools (EasyVista, ...)
  • Network fundamentals (switch, router, gateway, firewall, NAT, Wi‑Fi, ...)
  • Perimeter security (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Sophos, Cisco Meraki)
  • Backup tools (Veeam Backup)
  • Scripting: PowerShell and Bash
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
