About the role
- Operational maintenance (MCO): incident and request management
- Equipment monitoring: tracking availability of network and security infrastructure
- Event correlation analysis and responding to events
- Verifying availability of LAN network equipment
- Supporting production teams and handling complex incidents
- Writing procedures for Level 1 support teams
- Technology monitoring and proposing improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) from a generalist or specialized engineering school, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a network administrator
- Experience on client-site projects with strong security constraints
- Technical skills: Switches - Cisco, HP, Arista
- Routers / Load Balancers / Firewalls - Cisco, Juniper, F5
- WAN - Ipanema
- Video conferencing - Cisco, Tandberg, Polycom
- Security: PKI, encryption, antivirus
- Strong interpersonal skills for direct client-team interactions
