About the role
- Responsible for Incident management within the NG911 Network Operations Center
- Handling Network and Voice related alarms/incidents
- Handling inquiries from customers, vendors and third parties that are part of the Atos NG911 ecosystem
- Work four 12 Hr Days and then has 4 days off before next shift
Requirements
- Staff must be in the Continental United States
- Willingness to work within a shift schedule
