About the role
- Take charge of the project from the statement of work through user acceptance testing and solution deployment.
- Support the client in defining and specifying infrastructure changes and evolutions.
- Oversee project design (client requirements, technical specification (PTF), phasing/work breakdowns, deliverables, acceptance criteria, impact studies and analyses, risks, effort estimates, schedule, etc.).
- Lead the project by forming, organizing, coordinating and motivating the project team in accordance with the client's statement of work and Atos standards.
- Deliver the project to the quality level expected by clients and within the agreed timelines.
- Ensure the project's profitability and maintain ongoing client follow-up.
- Define project requirements and scope, as well as corresponding acceptance criteria, with all stakeholders.
- Propose process improvements based on metrics and information from the project.
- Participate in defining technical infrastructures, respecting IT architecture governance rules and applying technical standards.
- Manage risks and issues across all areas of the project, as well as associated assumptions and mitigation actions.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac +5) from a generalist or specialized engineering school.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong command of infrastructure project management principles.
- Solid knowledge of technical architectures enabling a comprehensive view of the project.
- Good knowledge of operational tools commonly deployed to manage technical information systems (IS).
- Proficient in database administration/operations: SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Awareness of security and privacy aspects related to hosting and managed services for high-criticality systems (including GDPR).
- ITIL certification is a plus.
