About the role

  • Manage the company’s insurance and pension policies.
  • Handle insurance files promptly in coordination with the Group broker.
  • Align risk management with business objectives through a strategic vision.
  • Develop risk financing and placement strategies for insurance programs in coordination with the Group’s insurance brokers.
  • Negotiate optimal insurance terms with the Group’s brokers and market insurers.
  • Ensure the implementation and international deployment of insurance programs (Liability, Property Damage & Business Interruption, Cyber, etc.) and oversee year‑round management (billing, issuance of contractual documents, payments, obtaining certificates, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with brokers and insurers.
  • Provide technical support during pre‑sales on all insurance‑related matters.
  • Manage and monitor claims in collaboration with the broker/insured’s expert, particularly for Property Damage & Business Interruption, Transit, General Liability and Product Liability policies.
  • Coordinate and participate in loss‑prevention visits to the group’s strategic sites.
  • Develop and maintain the risk map (strategic, operational, financial, cyber, regulatory).

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in law, finance, insurance, management, or engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in insurance or risk management, ideally within IT services (ESN), manufacturing, or technology sectors.
  • Technical skills: Mastery of major P&C (IARD) insurance programs in B2B (Transit, Property Damage & Business Interruption, Professional and Product Liability, TRCME, etc.); strong knowledge of COSO and AMF frameworks and ERM practices.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Language: Fluent English (C1).
  • Certifications: ARM, RIMAP or equivalent certifications highly valued.
