About the role

  • Define the technical architecture of projects and ensure consistency of technology choices.
  • Lead and support a team of developers to ensure their skill development and adherence to best practices.
  • Design, develop, and optimize applications in Java and Angular or ReactJS.
  • Oversee the implementation and improvement of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Ensure code quality by establishing development standards, conducting code reviews, and implementing automated tests.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align technical solutions with functional requirements.
  • Serve as a technical reference and propose innovative solutions to address project challenges.
  • Work in an Agile environment and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, retrospective).

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science with at least 7 years of experience in development and technical leadership.
  • Excellent command of Java and Angular or ReactJS.
  • Expertise in software architectures (microservices, cloud, RESTful APIs, etc.).
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with continuous integration and deployment tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Good knowledge of DevOps practices and automation principles.
  • Natural leadership and ability to unite and motivate a technical team.
  • Rigour, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • English proficiency is a plus.
