About the role
- Design programs or program modifications based on provided specifications using recognized methods and tools, and deliver them.
- Perform functional and technical analyses.
- Plan, design and execute tests (mainly unit tests) and fix defects.
- Document all work in accordance with defined standards.
- Apply Agile Scrum methodology.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree / Engineering diploma.
- Experience: 3 years or more.
- Soft skills: Rigorous and methodical, team player and proactive, good listening and analytical skills.
- Experience in the insurance sector.
- Technical skills: Mainframe/AS 400/ADELIA/COBOL development.
