About the role

  • Lead and execute data-driven transformation projects for clients
  • Guide clients through integrating advanced data, analytics, and AI technologies into their business processes
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including conducting opportunity assessments and proposal development
  • Keep up with emerging technologies and trends, providing insights and recommendations
  • Develop and implement data-driven transformation strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data and AI solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to foster a data-driven culture

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business studies, Data science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Management or a related field
  • Fluency in Dutch and full working proficiency in English
  • 6+ years experience in digital transformation consulting, with a strong emphasis on data, analytics, and AI domains
  • Strong project management and business analysis skills
  • Great workshop facilitator, capable of making an impact through an energetic approach and applying extensive knowledge of tools, methods, and frameworks (such as design thinking, agile, and ADKAR)
  • Experience in data visualization tools or analytics/AI tooling (e.g. Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Python, XAI tooling) is a plus
