About the role
- Identify and perform the daily operational tasks necessary to provide stable and robust Exchange/Teams/Skype environments
- Provide tier three troubleshooting support of Exchange/Teams/Skype issues; investigate user escalation calls
- Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell
- Represent the department to other groups in the company and with external vendors
- Take ownership of the most complex messaging issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an enterprise Microsoft messaging environment (5,000+ users).
- Relevant Microsoft certification (MCTS/MCITP/MCSE) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field is desired.
- Available for off hours’ escalations as part of an On-Call support rotation.
- Little to no travel required (< 10%)
