About the role

  • Plan, design, and execute test strategies, including creating and maintaining test scripts
  • Perform testing across all levels (unit, integration, system, and acceptance)
  • Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects
  • Develop, debug, and maintain test automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Tosca, Playwright and/or Appium
  • Conduct Product Risk Analysis (PRA) and verify test results against acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review functional requirements and user stories
  • Implement and maintain Test Automation Frameworks and integrate with test management tools
  • Participate actively in Scrum or DevOps teams, advising on testing best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years in software testing with proficiency in test automation and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and Tosca
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with Test Automation Frameworks, TDD/BDD practices, and tools like Reqnroll
  • ISTQB Foundation is mandatory
  • Advanced certifications like ISTQB Technical Test Analyst, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer or TMAP are a plus
  • A PSM I certificate or a similar Agile certification is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Curious and proactive in learning new testing methods and technologies
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, REST API testing, and tools like Postman, Soap UI and JMeter
