About the role
- Ensure compliance with labor law
- Manage employee relations: collective relations and social dialogue
- Establish a social governance framework
- Organize employee representative elections
- Prepare and oversee employee representative bodies: CSE (Social and Economic Committee), CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee)
- Provide legal advice on labor and social law
- Support HR teams on legal formalities: employment contracts, amendments, terminations, disciplinary measures, specific procedures, etc.
- Reporting on social matters: collective agreements, litigation, union representativeness
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Labor Law or HR with a specialization in employment law
- Significant experience in a legal and employee-relations role within an environment governed by the metallurgical collective bargaining agreement
- Proven experience in social dialogue in sensitive and transforming contexts
- Strong command of individual and collective labor law
- Ability to manage pre-litigation and litigation cases: risk analysis, defense strategy, coordination with external counsel
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
