About the role

  • Support the sales teams by providing data, processes, tools and services to save time and accelerate deal closures.
  • Turn data into insights for teams and individuals, and convert those insights into performance levers.
  • Maintain, communicate and continuously improve the Sales Operating Model in cooperation with the Group and Eviden Sales Enablement (including variable compensation in coordination with Group HR).
  • Prepare the Top Line Budget & Forecast by pooling data management to allow Business Units to focus on closing plans.
  • Develop and enhance commercial analyses (offers, geographic areas, time periods, hiring, headcount, etc.) to support sales effectiveness.
  • Participate in transformation initiatives, notably: forecasting methodology, CRM improvement and optimization of variable compensation policies (Sales C&B).

Requirements

  • Experience: minimum 10 years in Sales Operations or Sales Controlling.
  • Expertise: experience in large organizations (Global System Integrators - GSI, service providers, software/hardware vendors).
  • Key skills: strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Organization and prioritization capabilities.
  • Leadership and team management (direct management and by influence).
  • Strong interest in B2B and technology solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (senior management and sales force).
  • Comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Languages: fluent English; French and German are a plus.
  • Tools: CRM, automation tools, Data & AI, Microsoft Office suite.
