About the role
- Develop and execute skills transformation strategies aligned with business objectives and technology trends.
- Conduct skills gap analysis and create competency frameworks for emerging IT roles.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of scalable learning programs and certification pathways for technical and leadership roles.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to support digital transformation and cultural evolution.
- Create communication and engagement plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Track milestones and report progress to senior stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences across the organization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, and business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in IT or technology-driven organizations
- Proven experience in Skills Transformation strategy and execution.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, talent management, and organizational design.
- General Project Management experience.
- Familiarity with IT industry trends (Cloud, AI, DevOps) and their impact on workforce needs.
- Knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
