About the role

  • Develop and execute skills transformation strategies aligned with business objectives and technology trends.
  • Conduct skills gap analysis and create competency frameworks for emerging IT roles.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of scalable learning programs and certification pathways for technical and leadership roles.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to support digital transformation and cultural evolution.
  • Create communication and engagement plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Track milestones and report progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in IT or technology-driven organizations
  • Proven experience in Skills Transformation strategy and execution.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, talent management, and organizational design.
  • General Project Management experience.
  • Familiarity with IT industry trends (Cloud, AI, DevOps) and their impact on workforce needs.
  • Knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
