About the role

  • Lead technical workshops and design sessions with business SMEs.
  • Define technical requirements and ensure alignment with client strategy.
  • Take ownership of technical architecture, integrations, and environment provisioning.
  • Supervise development teams (onsite/onshore/offshore) and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Guarantee technical quality of customizations, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Create solution designs, integration diagrams, and data flow documentation.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and promote best practices within the technical team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 7–10 years with D365 F&O, including 3 end-to-end implementations as Technical Architect in banking sector.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert.
  • Strong knowledge of D365 F&O, LCS, Azure DevOps (source control, pipelines).
  • Proficiency in X++, .NET, C#, REST/SOAP services.
  • Experience with DIXF and Azure Data Factory.
  • Integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous), BYOD, recurring jobs.
  • Extension approach to customization, role-based security, extensible data security.
  • Power BI integration (embedded & external).
  • SQL Server, CI/CD pipelines, Git, cloud architecture.
