About the role
- We offer a variety of projects for clients across different industries (e.g., Automotive, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence).
- As a Junior PLM Consultant (m/f/d) you will support our project teams with partial responsibility for tailoring applications in the PLM environment.
- The following areas of responsibility are particularly relevant:
- Predominantly independent analysis and documentation of customer requirements
- Development and alignment of business and IT concepts under guidance
- Selection of appropriate methods and technologies for individual work packages
- Implementation of concepts using relevant PLM applications and technologies
- Close coordination of all necessary steps within the project team and with customers and partners
- Subproject leadership and ownership of work packages with responsibility for results
- Support in preparing proposals for follow-up projects
- Participation in presentations and talks on specialist topics
- Active networking, e.g., through social media activities
- Development of innovative PLM offerings (e.g., Digital Continuity, Mixed Reality)
Requirements
- Proactive and self-organised working style
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Strong customer orientation in projects and business development
- Enjoyment of new challenges and commitment to continuous learning
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Angular, React or Vue
- Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins and databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Good IT knowledge, e.g. object-oriented languages, SOA & REST technologies
- Interest in agile working methods
- Continuous learning mindset; experience with Design Patterns & Clean Code
- Completed university degree or comparable qualification
- Initial practical professional experience in the (PLM) consulting environment is desirable
- Initiative, analytical skills, result orientation, organisational talent and quality awareness
- Communication and assertiveness skills
- Ability to work in teams and networks
- Excellent German and English language skills and willingness to be mobile within Europe
