About the role
- Lead the process improvement design using Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze data to identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to align process improvement projects with strategic goals.
- Implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operation
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills.
