About the role

  • Conduct in-depth digital diagnostics combining data analysis, targeted interviews and industry benchmarking.
  • Deconstruct complex problems and develop robust hypotheses.
  • Develop operational strategies: target processes, organization, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and challenge their assumptions to align them toward a coherent target vision.
  • Build decision models: scenarios, trade-offs, business cases and prioritization.
  • Produce concise, actionable recommendations for executive committees.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (bac+5) from a top-tier institution in business, engineering, social sciences or economics (or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical ability, intellectual rigor and structured thinking.
  • Natural leadership with clear and impactful communication.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to focus on what matters.
  • Consulting experience is a plus; strong strategic potential is essential.
  • Preferred methodologies & frameworks: structuring approaches such as MECE, the Pyramid Principle (Barbara Minto), and MBB-style problem solving.
  • Strategic models: SWOT, McKinsey 7S, Porter’s Five Forces, Value Chain, Balanced Scorecard.
  • Operational analysis methods: Lean, BPMN, SIPOC, Voice of the Customer.
  • Process modeling and optimization: BPM, Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Certifications preferred: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt); Agile (PSPO, PSM, PMI-ACP); ADKAR; PMP / PRINCE2 Foundation.
