About the role
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of UEM solutions to enhance endpoint management across the organization.
- Develop and enforce policies and best practices for endpoint configuration, security, and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze endpoint performance metrics to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues.
- Create and execute a strategic roadmap for UEM initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the UEM portfolio.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on portfolio performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous enhancement of UEM services.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate and implement UEM solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors to ensure the best value for the organization.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UEM to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in unified endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and endpoint security.
- Strong understanding of UEM tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace ONE, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
