About the role

  • Design, build, and deploy solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL, following best practices
  • Manage Salesforce environments, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Drive requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation
  • Use GitHub and CI/CD practices to streamline development and improve release quality
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solutions
  • Conduct unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and perform code reviews
  • Keep technical documentation accurate and up to date

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in software development, with 2-4 years in Salesforce development
  • Strong skills in Apex (triggers, batch classes), LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model; Sales Cloud expertise required, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud are a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitHub)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator required; advanced certifications are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving ability, excellent English communication, and a collaborative, client-focused attitude
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
