About the role

  • Participate in the integration of e-invoicing/digital invoice processing solutions (e.g., ReadSoft, OpenText VIM)
  • Practice project management using Agile methodologies and Waterfall (V-model); proficiency with an SAP interface management framework such as AIF
  • Gather and analyze requirements from users and clients
  • Draft requirements documents and functional specifications
  • Perform functional configuration of the relevant SAP modules
  • Lead and actively participate in functional and technical testing campaigns
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops for end users
  • Support solution go-live and provide post-launch support

Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following SAP modules: FI, FM/PSM, SD, MM
  • SAP certification (Associate, Professional or equivalent), ideally complemented by a test or project management certification (ISTQB, PMP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Fiori tiles and experience on at least one S/4HANA project
  • Experience integrating and auditing regulated flows (public procurement, ChorusPro/PPF constraints, DGFIP/AIFE)
  • Expertise in EDI/XML exchanges, UBL, Factur‑X and a good understanding of the e-invoicing/e-reporting formats required by French regulation
  • Experience producing project documentation (specifications, test scenarios, integration guides, compliance documentation)
