• Identification and development of new business opportunities in the High Performance and Quantum Computing market
• Sales leadership of the existing international HPC sales team combined with (simultaneous) personal responsibility for leading and winning strategic opportunities
• Full responsibility for order intake exceeding EUR 100 million p.a. and shared responsibility for revenue and operating margin across all projects and businesses
• Expansion of the existing HPC and Quantum business in the public sector and identification and acquisition of new HPC Quantum customers in industry
• Collaboration and coordination with global HPC units on portfolio, sales campaigns, marketing, events, pre-sales activities, international customers, etc., as well as reporting and controlling
• Establishment and development of operational and strategic partnerships with technology partners to improve competitive position and maintenance of an extensive partner network
• Overall responsibility for the proposal processes and final offers with customer-specific adaptations and cross-service-line elements in coordination with delivery
• Intensive customer care, outreach and acquisition for the entire HPC and Quantum business, particularly at senior and top-customer levels
• Build and strengthen personally reliable business relationships with decision-makers and top-level customer executives
