About the role
- Define and execute Atos's Data & AI strategy, aligned with industry challenges and technological advancements.
- Build the value proposition and promote differentiated offerings: generative AI, responsible AI, data architecture, next-generation analytics...
- Drive the business performance of the unit: budget, profitability, staffing, and delivery.
- Develop high-level client relationships, working closely with the sales team from prospecting through account management.
- Oversee complex data and AI transformation programs, ensuring delivery excellence and upskilling of teams.
- Lead a team of experts and consultants, ensuring their development and engagement.
- Develop and promote analytics-driven transformation solutions in collaboration with other internal practices.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners at both group level and with local startups.
- Represent Atos in the Data & AI ecosystem: conferences, publications, and relationships with industry analysts and influencers.
- Contribute to internal innovation: generative AI awareness initiatives, experimentation, and technology watch.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading high-impact Data & AI programs.
- Strategic vision and the ability to drive ambitious digital transformation.
- Strong technical background and proficiency with cloud platforms and data tools.
- Natural leadership, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
