About the role
- Define and execute Atos’s Data & AI strategy in alignment with industry challenges and technological advances
- Build the value proposition and promote differentiated offerings: generative AI, responsible AI, data architecture, next‑generation analytics
- Drive the economic performance of the business line: budget, profitability, staffing, delivery
- Develop and maintain senior client relationships, working closely with the sales team from prospecting through account management
- Oversee complex data and AI transformation programs, ensuring delivery excellence and the upskilling of teams
- Lead a team of experts and consultants, ensuring career development and engagement
- Develop and promote analytics-driven transformation solutions in collaboration with other internal practices
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with technology partners at group level and with local startups
- Represent Atos in the Data & AI ecosystem: conferences, publications, and engagements with industry analysts and influencers
- Contribute to internal innovation: generative AI literacy, experimentation, and technology watch
Requirements
- Proven experience leading high‑impact Data & AI programs
- Strategic vision and the ability to drive ambitious digital transformation
- Strong technical background with proficiency in cloud platforms and data tools
- Natural leadership, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
