About the role
- Design data architectures
- Provide advice on solution selection
- Ensure understanding of requirements
- Participate in scoping of data-related projects
- Ensure the quality of design, code, and documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Participate in pre-sales activities
- Lead the preparation of technical deliverables: scoping studies, architecture dossiers, technical specifications and risk analysis, data asset mapping, operations manual
- Capture and share knowledge (documentation, best practices) and support consultants' skill development in your area of expertise
- Act as a reference point within the Atos Group and interact with all Business Lines to leverage synergies with other entities
- Participate in management and recruitment activities (technical interviews, writing job postings, etc.) for the Data & AI unit.
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- At least 10 years of significant experience in Big Data technologies
- Proficient in major Big Data and AI technologies
- Strong programming and software development skills, preferably with languages such as Python and SQL, and data processing tools like Spark or Hadoop
- Proficiency in development processes
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience in a technical leadership role is a plus
- Act as a mentor and coach with critical thinking while being an effective communicator
- Strong interest in data is a plus: Big Data, data warehouse, DataOps, data mesh
- Autonomous with professional English proficiency (minimum C1)
- Fluent in French
