• Manage and mentor development teams, conduct design reviews, and ensure quality delivery of custom applications.
• Implement security and compliance measures within ServiceNow architecture, including role-based access and audit controls.
• Drive automation initiatives leveraging Flow Designer, Orchestration, and DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and innovations; assess new features for adoption and business impact.
• Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and governance models for enterprise implementations.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, provide technical thought leadership, and support client workshops and demos.
