About the role

  • Manage and configure WSO2 Identity Server to meet the organization's requirements.
  • Designed and implemented customizations and extensions to meet the customer’s business needs & ensuring the seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Managed the deployment of WSO2 Identity Server across multiple environments, adhering WSO2 deployment best practices for performance and security.
  • Extensive experience in designing and maintaining high-availability, fault-tolerant IAM infrastructures with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, Docker, openshift, container orchestration, and microservices-based deployments.
  • Demonstrates extensive experience in implementing, deploying, and maintaining IAM solutions using the WSO2 Identity Server product.
  • Provide technical support for WSO2 Identity Server, including diagnosing and resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), adaptive authentication, and secure token management.
  • Monitor system performance, generate reports, and ensure high availability and reliability of the identity server.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to WSO2 Identity Server.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security analysts, and IT operations, to ensure seamless integration and operation of identity services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administering and supporting WSO2 Identity Server.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
