About the role
- Support the legal function and business of the Atos Group in Iberia
- Analyze private and public sector tenders
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide legal support
- Support legal department in implementing and overseeing legal processes and controls
- Provide legal awareness to the business
- Participate in Group Legal Department initiatives and projects
Requirements
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience
- Qualified legal professional with experience in law firm or top-tier commercial organization
- Experience in IT or technology services sector is ideal
- Strong background advising businesses in public sector law
- Experience with commercial and vendor contracting
- Knowledge of commercial and procurement contracts
- Familiarity with compliance and GDPR
