About the role
- Analyze change requests and incident tickets
- Develop and maintain applications in C# and SQL Server using the internal framework
- Perform technical analyses and code reviews
- Identify, propose, and implement changes to improve application performance
- Participate in the team's agile rituals (daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, etc.)
- Provide technical expertise and mentor more junior team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in C# and SQL Server development (5+ years)
- Strong technical expertise and ability to work independently in a C# / SQL environment
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with rigor and a methodical approach
- Team-player mindset, curiosity, and adaptability
- Good written communication skills and mastery of development best practices
