About the role
- Direct interaction with our clients and collaboration with employees from various departments
- Ongoing remote support and maintenance of clients' server environments
- Installation of new virtual servers and their configurations
- Administration of Microsoft 365 cloud services (Azure, Exchange Online, Teams)
- Participation in exciting client projects and cloud migrations
- Creation and updating of documentation
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in an IT-related field
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Servers, Active Directory, Mail)
- Basic knowledge of virtualized environments (VMware)
- Linux skills are a plus
- Responsible, reliable and a team player
- Very good German and good English language skills
