About the role
- Execute payroll and other HCM processes required for integration testing
- Conduct integration testing as part of SAP Payroll and other HCM processes
- Prepare data (e.g., correct personnel numbers) necessary for testing
- Qualify and identify errors in HR processes
- Perform testing activities
- Documentation
- Work closely with developers and change managers
- Follow defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written knowledge of SAP HCM
- Strong knowledge of German labor law
- Experience supporting IT systems
- Proficiency in German and good command of English
- Team player with flexibility, commitment and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when working with clients
- Willingness and initiative to undertake further training
