About the role
- Design and manage CI/CD pipeline templates and reusable components in GitLab
- Integrate security throughout the entire software development lifecycle (automated security testing, pipeline security)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth operation of development and production environments
- Plan and implement scalable platform solutions
- Automate processes and introduce innovative tools to increase developer team efficiency
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
- At least 4 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and Terraform
- Knowledge of software development best practices and automated security testing
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages: Python, Bash, Go
- Ability to design scalable CI/CD pipelines
- Very good command of English
- Required certificates (one of the following or equivalent): Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP), DevSecOps Practitioner, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
