About the role

  • Lead the preparation of SAP solution proposals for complex tenders and pre-sales activities
  • Manage functional and technical SAP architects and experts during offer creation, presentations, and workshops
  • Define and implement the proposal strategy (win strategy) and translate it into a high-level solution design (solution big picture)
  • Orchestrate all solution components into a consistent description and implementation approach
  • Develop project plans based on SAP Activate and oversee cost estimation and bid calculation
  • Conduct presentations and workshops for customers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP (pre-sales, consulting, or project roles)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, conversions, migrations, and SAP trends (e.g., cloudification)
  • Experience in international projects and working with nearshore/offshore teams
  • Ability to present proposals to decision-makers on the customer side
  • Fluent English and German (B2/C1)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Degree in IT, engineering, business informatics, or equivalent
