Requirements

- Patience & professionalism—especially with repetitive or challenging requests
- Basic tech comfort—email, docs, spreadsheets, and safe browsing habits
- Willingness to learn—open to feedback and improving every week
- Experience in customer support or VA roles (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Google Workspace (nice-to-have)
- Background supporting online stores or DTC brands (nice-to-have)
