- Help shape how content is planned, structured, and optimized across complex university websites
- Develop web content strategies for higher education marketing initiatives
- Plan and structure content across large, multi-program websites
- Ensure content supports multiple audiences and user journeys
- Collaborate with SEO, paid media, CRO, UX, and analytics teams
- Align content decisions with digital marketing performance goals
- Contribute to strategies that support inquiries, applications, and enrollment growth
- Ensure content structures support discoverability, usability, and conversion
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content, or web strategy
- Experience working on large, complex websites with multiple programs or audiences
- Direct experience with higher education marketing (universities, online programs, or agencies supporting HE clients)
- Experience collaborating with SEO, paid media, CRO, UX, and analytics teams
- Demonstrated ability to connect content decisions with measurable marketing outcomes
- 100% fluency in English
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or teams
