About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leverage AI tools to orchestrate the rapid development and improvement to our various environments and supporting infrastructure
Work in the DevOps team to maintain and monitor our entire infrastructure estate
Build and deploy new services in our cloud-hosted environments
Respond to incidents on critical environments and help drive resolution
Act as a force multiplier to our engineering team to allow them to ship product safely and securely.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communicator who can work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Strong problem solver with hands-on experience across technologies such as Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, networking and cloud environments
Solid understanding of the SDLC and a good level of proficiency with Git
Comfortable with software development or scripting
Champion of cyber security best practices
Curious and self-motivated, with a proven track record of picking up new technologies quickly
Experienced in DevOps and/or infrastructure support (SRE) roles.
Experience working with Linkerd service mesh
Experience using Hashicorp Terraform and Vault
Experience with CockroachDB and/or MySQL and general low-level database understanding
Knowledge of GCP and Cloudflare product suites.
