DevOps Engineer

• The Role: As a Deployment Engineer, you’ll serve as a key link between our engineering and customer success teams. You’ll ensure that Atolio’s enterprise search platform is deployed smoothly, securely, and efficiently in a variety of environments. You’ll take ownership of the full deployment lifecycle, including environment setup, infrastructure provisioning, configuration, integration, and monitoring. Your work will play a vital role in driving customer adoption and satisfaction.
• What You’ll Do:
• Lead customer specific deployments and onboarding of Atolio’s platform in cloud native or hybrid environments
• Design and implement deployment processes focused on scalability, security, and reliability
• Integrate Atolio with a range of enterprise systems (e.g., document repositories, ticketing systems, code repositories)
• Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and system performance
• Build automation scripts and tooling to streamline operations and minimize manual tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in collaboration with customers
• Maintain accurate deployment documentation and promote best practices for internal and external use
