About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic modelling, investment decisions, and executive insights in a fast-scaling company
- Shape the financial backbone behind growth
- Ownership of our long-term financial model
- Evaluate strategic initiatives, assess investment opportunities, and provide clarity on trade-offs, risks, and financial outcomes
- Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, including Funding and Treasury
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
- 5–10 years’ experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Financial Advisory (Big 4), Investment Banking or Private Equity
- Strong experience with financial modelling, including long-term planning models
- Solid understanding of investment case analysis
- Experience translating complex data into clear decision support for senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/EPM and BI tools
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Independent and self-driven, with a structured approach to problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
