About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing and delivering AI-powered solutions end-to-end, from prototype through pilot to production -ready implementation , ensuring reliability and measurable business value
- Applying the right AI approaches for each use case, including models, prompting strategies, retrieval patterns and orchestration design
- Defining and implementing evaluation methods, tests and success criteria to ensure solution quality before and after deployment
- Building secure, reliable and compliant solutions, including guardrails, fallback mechanisms and human-in-the-loop controls where needed
- Integrating AI solutions with internal systems, data sources and workflows using approved platforms, APIs and tools
- Taking technical ownership of the performance and supportability of deployed solutions, including monitoring, troubleshooting, optimisation and documentation
- Collaborating closely with business, data and IT teams to translate use cases into scalable, production-ready implementations
- Contributing to reusable components, templates and best practices to accelerate future AI solution development
- Supporting user enablement and internal capability building around AI tools, platforms and solution usage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience in software engineering, automation or applied AI, with a track record of delivering solutions into production
- Solid understanding of modern AI solution patterns, such as LLMs, prompt design , retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or AI agents
- Experience integrating systems and working with APIs, data sources and workflow automation tools
- Ability to design robust, reliable solutions with a focus on quality, security and long-term maintainability
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to choose the right technical approach based on real business needs
- Ownership mindset with the ability to manage and improve solutions throughout their lifecycle
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment with emerging technologies and changing requirements
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English
