About the role

  • Perform financial projections and short- to long-term analyses, including scenario simulations.
  • Support the preparation and review of the annual budget, addressing requests from business unit managers of low to medium complexity.
  • Consolidate the annual budget across all areas.
  • Prepare actual vs. budget reports for business unit managers and provide support in the budget management process under supervision.
  • Prepare monthly results close and structured presentations for Atmis Gestão's executive board, under supervision.
  • Prepare analyses of performance indicators.
  • Produce reports for audits, perform reconciliations, and develop projections and scenario simulations.
  • Perform tasks related to the Accounting area, such as recording documents, posting to tax books, and classifying expenses.
  • Comply with LGPD, Compliance, Information Security, Muaveti and all company and area-specific policies.
  • Monitor and provide visibility on the status of deliverables under your responsibility.
  • Participate in and support audits.
  • Seek innovations and improvements in processes and management practices within your area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • General accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Minimum of 12 months of professional experience.
